By using the ProPath website, joining the waitlist, submitting information, contacting us, or using the ProPath app once available, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use ProPath.

2. About ProPath

ProPath is being built to help users find propane-related locations, including refill stations, exchange locations, RV-friendly refill stops, propane dealers, and other relevant propane services.

ProPath is designed to make propane information easier to find, but it does not guarantee that every listing, price, hour, service type, or availability status is accurate or current.

3. Location and Service Information

ProPath may display location details, addresses, service types, hours, pricing, user-submitted updates, business information, and other propane-related data.

This information may come from public sources, users, businesses, partners, or third-party providers. Because real-world business information can change quickly, users should confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

Propane availability, refill service, exchange inventory, pricing, hours, parking, RV access, and dealer services may change without notice.

ProPath is not responsible for unavailable propane, inaccurate listings, closed locations, price changes, routing issues, or wasted trips based on information shown through the website or app.

5. User Submissions

Users may be able to submit propane locations, price updates, corrections, business details, reviews, feedback, or other information.

By submitting information to ProPath, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. You also allow ProPath to use, edit, display, verify, or remove that information as needed to improve the service.

6. Business Listings and Partnerships

Propane businesses, dealers, refill stations, exchange providers, RV parks, campgrounds, and related businesses may contact ProPath to verify or update listing information.

Being listed in ProPath does not create a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency relationship, or paid agreement unless a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

7. Responsible Use

You agree not to misuse ProPath, submit false information, interfere with the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, or use ProPath for unlawful purposes.

• ✓ Submit accurate information when reporting locations or corrections.
• ✓ Confirm important details directly with the business before traveling.

8. No Emergency Service

ProPath is not an emergency service. If you are stranded, unsafe, out of fuel in dangerous conditions, or experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services, roadside assistance, or local help immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

The ProPath name, branding, website content, app design, text, graphics, layout, and related materials belong to ProPath unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use ProPath materials without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

ProPath may include links or references to third-party websites, map services, businesses, app stores, or other services. ProPath is not responsible for third-party content, policies, pricing, services, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

ProPath is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProPath is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, inaccurate information, unavailable propane, business closures, routing problems, or decisions made based on information displayed through the website or app.

12. Privacy and Data

Information collected through the ProPath website and app is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ProPath will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

ProPath may update these Terms and Conditions as the website, app, features, business model, or legal requirements change.

Continued use of ProPath after updates means you accept the revised terms.
